Well updates aren't nice at all, don't yell at me!!
Anyways I'm here about something specific really..
weight is suddenly dropping to...47 range..even though it's like 47.8...but I never lost that sort/type amount of weight. minimum was like 48.2..it does make a difference for me.
excersize habits has almost died.. regualr excersize was like 3 times a week (if i have time, during universoty), and for like 25-30 minutes long..and it was okay.
Now, i haven't went to the gym for..like..2 weeks, cause I have no time, it's holidays, exams are near, and I work at the same time I go to uni..
Busy busy life.
foooooooood, . eating habits..are baaad, sometimes when i go to uni, then to work, and come back home, i dont eat until the next day...like 24 hours later or 12 hours later..cause im whether too tired or not hungry.
And lately..these past FEW days, ive been eating like 3 meals, and one of them is pprety much always junk food, or somethig..and weight was like 47.8 today..which is creepy!!!
So I don't see the wy I'm losing weight normal..I do have a lil , that couldn't be conisdered a really, just a lil pump, but in general..i look okay. not too fit, not too unfit. Just normal/okay.

- it's always better to eat something crap than nothing but at the same time too much crap will make you fat
- you're probably losing muscle wt
to be brutally honest, i don;t think there's a lot more that we can do for you...you know exactly what needs to be done so only YOU can actually make it happen (not yelling)

Yes, you're right swanso...i dont eat too mucccccch junk food, like crazy, but i havent been able to shop for food by myself like before, because i honestly don't have time...but im planning to do that soon hopefully, after exams are over, ill myself up again, and be on the right track..i think it's a "fall" thing, and always in "spring" i decide to be better...typical I!
lol..yeah it's probably muscles...but I'll see what I can do these few days, other than studying, and working..*sighs*
