Getting rid of varicose veins

how can i get rid of varicose veins? I noticed legs are starting to have varicose veins, :? , will exercise help in preventing it? Please advise!!

Might be due to low . Might not be a problem. Could just be the low , accentuating Veins, especially when their slightly more vascular during a workout.

Isn't Varicose veins caused by the narrowing of capillaries? The only cure I know of is surgery :/. Maybe cardio will improve the blood circulation in your legs.

It's mostly about genetics on whether your prone to get them or not. Most are caused by stressing out your legs by standing or crouching. I've read that Birth control pills can make you prone to them also. (Good benefits outweigh these though)
There is a couple of different procedures to releave/correct Varicose and spider veins. I have a friend that had her varicose veins corrected by just a couple of outpatient visits. She said it was virtually painless. If you have varicose veins (veins that bulge from your skin and are causing pain in your legs) it's different worth having something done to correct them. Spider veins are more cosmetic and most insurance will not cover these.
