lose the fat and gain bulk, is it possible?

Post by Franky220 »

Hey, I've been working out regulary for about 2 years now however I am still rather slight (5' 8", 145 lb). Recently I've trying to increase bulk by trying to increase the amount I eat and how often I eat with high protien foods. However I'm also trying to get a six pack. From the previous posts it seems the emphasis is on a low fat diet. So question is this; is it possible to increase bulk and at the same time lose the stomach fat? If so how?

Thank you for any help!

once dihested the body uses cal's to heat the water up to "core temp'...it is true but it will have less than 1% of an effect on things overall

Its very sad that you are doing exercise regularly from past 2 years and not getting result i think you need some more technique or right program

Drink lots of water to increase your metabolism in a good way.it's important to drink lots of water to help flush your system. Since our bodies are made up in large part water, it'll not only help flush toxins out of your system, but it will give you energy and help lubricate your joints. So, not only will it help you shed fat, it'll make you feel and move a lot better. Bad side effect: At first, when your body is getting acclimated to the additional water intake, you'll find yourself in the bathroom a lot in the first week or two. But it'll subside as your body gets used to it. Suck it up. All the time in the bathroom will pay off in the long run.

i too doing regularly exercise and every thing from last 4 months i am happy what i am getting from last 4 months its very helpul resource for me
