Working out twice a week good?

I do to sports. Wushu(martial arts), and Breakdancing. They both require legs. So i wanted to weight train upper body 45 minutes twice a week. If i did that would i still get stronger?

Yes. Just depends on what you do.

Yes. Just focus on heavy weights. Don't take that many breaks during the 45 minutes and you'll be fine.

stronger at martial atrs and breakdancing? no

stronger at push ups? probably
