Hi everyone. I am new in this forum but I feel like I will hang around for a little longer. I am 17 (almost 18) years old and I am from Bulgaria. I weight 191.4 lbs and I am 6'1 ft tall and I have kind of, not big, but quite bad looking and it's noticeable. I have been looking around the internet for almost 1 week not for weight loss programs but no success. They are either payed or not well explained. As I am new to all this I would appreciate of anyone could help me out loose weight. What is the best thing to do. I am really desperate about it! I really want to loose weight because all the people around me are in almost perfect shape and I feel kind of bad when I stand among them. I am looking for any kind of fitness or diet program which is effective. I really need to get rid of this fat. I BEG SOMEONE TO HELP ME! Thank you in advance.

Well I looked through all of them and I dont know where to start. Thats the real problem here. I dont know where to start and how to start. Im ready to make any changes. Change the food I eat etc. I looked through the other threads but I specifically need a program for loosing fat and I didnt find any at all. So please, anyone!
i've posted this 1000 times so i know it's in there...easiest plan is this
1 - fruit, fibre cerial, skim milk
2 - fruit, solid protein
3 - fruit, solid protein, veg, salad
4 - solid protein, veg, salad
5 - solid protein, veg, salad
immediatley after training have a protein shake...simply insert this meal where needed
solid protein - chicken, pork, turkey, fish, tuna, sardines, eggs, red meat, beef, lamb
fruit - any
veg - any
salad - any

no not great...at 17 you should probably 15% and below
for training you need 3 things to happen:
1 - be out of breath after each set
2 - raise body temperature (sweat)
3 - progressivly overload (use more wt, do more reps etc)
any exercise that does that will do the trick but the ebst ones are sprints, jumping exercises, squats and deadlifts
no not great...at 17 you should probably 15% and below
doesnt matter what protein you have just have it where it says, ame with veg, salad and fruit...pretty straight forward reallythanks a lot but can you make that like a schedule so i know which is for breakfast, snack1, snack2 etc. and what kind of training is best for loosing fat
