Hi
I want to work hams and i try to do it with the rumanian deadlift but everytime i end up working lower back
Nothin wrong with workin lower back the dl feels really good,, i, is the most enjoyable exercise for me but the rumanian i still can't get it to target hams
wot am i doin wrong?

Maybe coz ur spelling it wrong
on a serious note are doing these with back arched too much?
another reason could be that you are bending your knees too much and not hitting your hamstrings ?

advice would be to do single leg RDL with dumbbells they are great single leg exercise and will work more hamstrings with less stress on lower back.
