so far so good--no complaints.. but one thing though--the guys at the gym are tellin me that i'm doin sumthin wrong by workin out Biceps/Triceps the same day .. they r like "by doing triceps after biceps, all that weight your biceps lifted is goin away" or somethin like that .. they do chest with biceps, triceps with Lats etc. in order to be working a major muscle and a minor muscle..
i dunno, i'm not gonna believe them right away, just wanted to get your opinion on this
i was tryin on some shirts today, tight shirts, i love the look i have--i mean chest is lookin great n arms well they look alright but im sure 100% they will get better with the plan .. but.... but obliques didnt look great, i wish i could show u a picture or somethin. i mean they rnt THAT bad, but i dont want to be able to make them look tighter by pulling the fats from behind--i want them to look like that without me having to hide em -_-
and again, there is little bit of a pot (not saggy) hangin over bottom 2 abs, but i'm workin out lower abs and wearin a belt so i'm bein patient with that. i'm also watchin wat i'm eatin !
but wat i wanted to get to, is u told me about the tranverse abdominal muscle-- will it help if i wore the belt really tight while i'm sleeping ?
will it help tuck in obliques and that ?

thanx alot 4 ur time and patience swanso !

btw. thanx for the site--although its very uh .. feminine lol great site though

it's gonna take time for the obs to flatten...it's obviously your weak point so therefore it will be the last thing to change...i had a similar body about a year ago and over that time untill now i've flattened a lot a lot without actually trying to through proper eating abits and exercise...done an ab circuit the other day and checked out abs after it in the mirror and I've never had tem like that before...all abs (well mostly the bottom but couldn't really see because of shorts line) and obs as well as serratus were all visible upon flexing so I was happy with that...as for the tricep/bicep thing, training the opposite muscle it better than by itself...the localised blood or pump provides recovery for on side while working the other...does that make sense???...if working say chest and biceps in that order, than lactic acid stays in the chest while all the fresh oxygenated blood flows to the bi's...when training bi's and 's together, the lactic acid build up from tri exercise gets flushed out with fresh oxygenated blood from bi exercise and vice versa so recovery is better...make sense???? it's kind of hard to explain but that's what happens

It's called the Inguinal Crease...a nifty way for this is to pre exhaust the upper abs with a regular crunch movement say SB Crunches x 20 - 30 reps than straight away perform a lower ab leg raise type movement say Hanging Leg Raises with Bent Legs to failure...mostly it's low though and I have really seen it written but I wouldthink just being active would work that area too such as playing sport with various movements (basketball) as I'm pretty sure twsiting and rotating movements would do something there as well building up the core muscles (abs, obs ect) which also helps bring it out

i have the same damn problem, i cut on alcohol alot lately and body weight is now 73kg for 183cm... i finally stabilize it and with the new nutrition plan i'm on i feel very strong. i lost alot of muscles dieting and alot of fat too and the good thing is that now muscle mass is stabilizing.

main excercise is mile runs. i run at least 3 x 1 mile a week under 6'. and i sweat like crazy in the 10-15 min moderate run (8mpnh) after that.

i don't do much weight mostly extreme heavy stretching, running, biking (5milers under 13') and soccer... push ups, chin ups and bodyweight training stuff... i also just started heavy abs workout with weight and i hope this will get rid of the skin/fat in , i tend to swollow abdomen all day right now and i think it is working, still about 1/2 inch left that is driving me crazy...

when i go to the gym i get noticed although i don't do any weight or so... well just thought i'd share progress, i live in nyc... and it is actually fun to share this with 2 persons in 2 other continents... oh yeah if you have any other remedy to this fat thing i'd really appreciate it! swanso i'm sure you have some other tricks :)

peace out

cool, thanx for that routine swanso, i'll try it out.. i do do alot of sports, i'm very active one thing i do aside from the gymnastics is a sport called tricking which involves flips, cartwheel variations kicks breakdance etc. n tricking requires aloottt of twisting action so yaa .. but i guess its all under hands now. :D

awesome, thanx for sharin .. u mite've listed all the good tricks in the book for doing up that area--but one thing i use alot to help me out is a belt .. they r wide n long, n u wrap it around ur waist over a shirt that absorbs sweat .. they make u sweat more which burns off the crap covering that waist
