Height Growth....and Genetics?

Post by kps »

Ok well I used to do leg workouts but once i found this new training pertner he told me that doing leg workouts or squats stops height growth....is this a myth or real? Should I do Leg workouts?..i'm 16 and 5'9 approx. and trying to get to 6 :|

And Genetics? I'm skinny :|..But I feel the pain in the targeted areas 1-2 days after workouts. Am I on way to getting bigger? I do take protein shakes and good good :) and I started doing good work 2 weeks ago :D

-thanx for the help :)

1 - get a new training partner
2 - you don't "try" to get to 6ft, your body will decide by itself...there's nothing you or I can do about what you'll be
3 - as long as your workouts are progressicley harder (increased wt etc) and your eating more calories than your using then yeah, you'll get bigger...how much bigger is to be detirmined by you and your consistency and effort
