wassup ppl, im 15 right now (goin 16 this december when i will be able to start the local gym), i am slightly over 5ft7 and weigh 165lbs ,i work out every night i started working out a month ago , i started with 30 crunchs and a few different abdominal excercises, now i just do 175-180 crunches at once each night and am going to continue until i can do 200 confidently , i then do 70 reps of 10kg(which is light, i am avoiding heavy weights as i am scared that heavy ones will make me shorter as everyone i have asked has said). But i still am not losing weight and building muscle?
also i play at least 40 mins of intense football everyday at around lunch time.Also I am physically one of the strongest people in school.
body type is a combination of endo & mesomorph, or so i bellieve?
what do i do to lose excess weight?and buld muscle?
