OH NO!! wrist injury ..

i think i mite've benched a bit too much yesterday, and wrist gets in pain when twists certain ways or lifts light loads around the house.. and i have a full body today!! what to do ?
im not even sure if its an actual injury cuz ive never injured wrist before ..

What does it feel like?

Does it feel like it's in one place, feels like it travels from one point to another, feels like a stabbing sensation?

weights might be alright because you basically keep your wrist straight when holding bars

its just a pain .. in one place .. anythin like bent raises side lateral raises front raises normall pull ups i couldnt do, i dont feel much pain when i bend wrist back n forth but when i move it around sideways it kinda hurts

its actually feelin alot better today, i think its just a sprain .. what do u guys think ?

i ended up doing parallel wrist pull ups, fist pushups military press, deadlifts and some abs stuff before jog ..

just keep it out of hurty range of motion and it'll be alright
