Hi Everyone!
Seems schedule has taken a change once again and whenever this happens it sends me into a meal timing quandry, so please give any advice you may have.
I finally got a full time job at the gym so working 9 - 5 some days I do a cardio right after wook other days I go home have some dinner and work out later. Here is what meal plan looks like:
6:30am-- cereal with skim milk and 2 egg whites
8:30am-- a banana
12:00 --4oz of low salt turkey on whole wheat (sometimes tuna)
4:00 --myoplex lt. protein shake and some fruit
(5:00) on non weight training days I do a 40 min run here
6:30 --4oz salmon 1 c rice and 3 cups salad (or something on this order)
(7:30) on weight training days I do a full body and 30 mins cardio
usually do not have anything after though usually hungry any suggestions for a snack after a workout? also any ideas on what to have in place of the protein shake or is that ok?
any input would be greatly appreciated! I'm also study for personal training cert with AFAA so life is kinda crazy right now!
Thanks a bunch
Deb
PS if I post workout routine can someone take a gander???
Need some help!

- add protein to banana meal (tuna, chicken, meat etc...not yoghurt though or a shake, something solid)
- replace fruit with veg and liquid protein with solid again
- is that a 40min run or intervals? should be intervals but x 15mins
- on training days save rice for after workout
- you won't need cardio on wt days, increase wts to 45mins
- basically you want 2 x fruit, protein meals, a post workout meal of liquid protein with carbs such as rice, pasta, bread, cerial etc than the rest are solid protein, salad and veg
- i can help out with your study if you need any
- i can look over your program too
