Hello Everyone,
I've been working out for the last month. Last night I went to the gym and joined a Cardio Boxing class for the first time. Two thirds through the class I had to frequently lower arm and let's not even talk about trying to do push ups. Not that arms were tired, it was shoulders. So the question is, what advice can you guys (when I say this I mean men or women..) give me regarding conditioning and strengthening shoulders so I can do these workouts and exercises that require major use of shoulders...
