cardio

i placed this same thing in the wrong forum so please forgive me. I am 6'1 377 and looking to lose 100 pounds. People tell me cardio is the best way to go. should i do it every day? i was told to use the eliptical at first so i dont damage knees do to exessive weight? any advice?

Nope.

This is the order of Merit for Fat loss in opinion.

Diet

Training

Cardio.

Diet should always be the prime objective. You'll probably lose more weight with a good diet and no exercise, than a bad diet and regular gym sessions.

Let's face it, if you've been to the gym, and seen one or two regulars for several months, still with no visable size decrease, in their bodies, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Diet can make or break your results. Cardio is just there to polish off the process, a bit like getting a wedding suit, then finally on the day, buffing your dirty Shoes.

i am working on die. however i do feel i need to excercise so what would be a good plan?

Not in mind. If you get a good weights prgramme about 3-4 times a week, you only need about 2 days of Cardio in mind, and probably with something like a bit of interval work on an Excercise Bike or a Treadmill.

here is the problem i face i dont know anyone who can help me lay out a routine and i cannot afford a trainer so how do i know what to do?

also what kind of diet should i do i have had previous success witrh weight watchers but i have also had success with no carb diets
