I've read that some people are doing something like this :
Train hard with tons of calories, almost in the 5000-6000 a day, gain lots of fat and mass ( not sure if more mass than a diet base on 2400-2600 cals tough) after few months they stop training, reduce drasticaly their calories intake to cut off the fat ... I really think that is is a pretty stupid way to do it, what do you guys know about that ?
