Hi, I'm 20 years old and entire workout emphasis during high school was to bulk up for football. That is long gone and I finally got fed up with weighing 250 lbs. Right after I got out of school I started own diet and began to run 4 or 5 days a week. I didn't take any dietary supplements whatsoever, I don't believe in that stuff. Hard Work and determination are plenty to get whatever is on your mind.
I lost 50 pounds in 3 months.
I currently weigh very close to 200 and I'm looking alright. Theres a lot of weight in thighs as I used to squat 500lbs and i can currently bench around 250. I'm still a little round around the edges but BIGGEST concern is chest.
chest has always had a little hang and has shrunken some b/c of the weight loss but it still hangs. I want to lost 10 to 15 more pounds before going back to school, that shouldn't be too tough, but I need some advice with how to flatten and lean chest out. I'd really appreciate feedback.
lost a ton of weight, but problems with chest
