I'm 130 kg in weight so can u tell me how many calories can i have...
Should i track Calories intake aswell...
I know all the foods to eat so there is no problem there...
Should i track calories that i lose at the gym....
I'm not sure on these things so any help would be great...

don;t count cal's...
just make sure your eating properly and making the right food choices at the right time...
this alone will have you losing wt as long as you continue to progress with your exercise (increase wts, sets, reps etc)
