is 20 kg of dumbell bench press on each arm enuff to give me a shape on chest?
20 + 20 = 40kg if use barbell
and, thats the max weight i can do on dumbell which is 20 kg each..no more...and what is the heavist dumbell, im looking forward in getting one

you can buy attachable dumbells mate. u add as much as u want than buy only the weight.

What if he'd have asked how to volumise a muscle, would you consider that acceptable wording

yes bossman that's perfect wording
not being an asshole but when most say shape they mean something like...
"...i wanna shape chest, not get bigger..."
if something grows bigger it will of course have more "shape"...this is why flies and crossovers don;t shape the muscle because the wt used id too little to make the muscle grow bigger, ala heavy incline and flat bench presses and bloody hard push up variations

Decline, Incline and flat shape and strengthen different areas of the chest i think

they can EMPHASISE different area's but it depends on your physical make up...for wfficiency your better off simply doing flat...i've done these for about the last yr with no decline or incline and have only just changed to incline yesturday for a mix up

dont have incline on bench try
incline push ups n if thats too easy wear a backpack with weights.
