New to the forums and not really sure if I should post this here or not so please accept apologies in advance.
I am just a tad confused on how the numbers are being calculated for the calories burned vs. calories consumed page. The chart states that BMR should be 2977 calories. When I run stats through a different BRM calculator, it says that I would be at 2476 (5'11'' 280lbs 34). Why would it state that I would be 501 calories higher?
Thanks for any help!

With regards to the the BMR calculator it could be that one of the calculators is programmed wrong, or you accidentally clicked a wrong button, or typed a wrong number in by accident.
I'd try perhaps a third or 4th type of BMR calculator, as you should be then find a common denominator, as they can't all give out screwy readings, but that's a significant difference in BMR 500 calories, and you need to find a definitive answer or it could affect how you proceed.
The only other possibility is, the smaller number is the BMR, and the other one is what you should be aiming for, accounting for activity levels, as you wouldn't just eat at BMR, you'd have some more calories, due to things like activity levels, and to be on the safe side.
