So what if your skinny and weak. The first step to motivation is having a real goal, not like, poor me, I'm not happy with how I look. Obviously this is not doing enough for you to get your to the gym. Why do you care so much about how you look? Figure this one out and set a real goal, i.e. I want to strengthen back and legs so I can pick up heavier lodes at work or because I sit in a desk all day and back hurts me. Whatever, you must DEFINE what it is you want. Then be ACCOUNTABLE to yourself. By using 'I'm lazy" as an excuse, you are lying only to yourself. No one else cares if you go to the gym, so you have to be the one who sucks it up and gets it done.
Sorry for the tough love bro, but if it pisses you off enough, maybe you'll pick it up.

True. You can't make things happen, by thinking like ohh I can't go to the Gym, I have self esteem issues.

You think about it, guys like Cutler, Coleman, Kickinger, Materazzo, heck even Ferrigno and Arnie back in the old days, probably felt a bit like that the first few times. They didn't probably get good teenage natural development, and capitalised on it, they could have been very slim, and not too confident in themselves.

Unless you get into a gym, suck it up and put in the man hours, you will never get over the self esteem issues. You'll wander in one time, make something physical happen inside, then lose it, when you can't get get in there enough to build on it.

You don't want a sliver of extra muscle growth, then come back in 4 or 5 more days, and you've lost it, and wonder why you can't get past the first 4-6 wek period, and be close to some kind of max for reps.

You have to get in there, knuckle down, and forget about other people. Some of them may want to know you, some might not be bothered, but either way, you can't build muscle thinking or dreaming about it.

Well at leats I'm pretty sure you camn't but there's probably someone out there in California, ready to prove me wrong .

ferrigno actually couldn' really talk properly and was picked on as a kid which was a reason for him going to the gym
