Hi, I was just wondering if those premade chickens at Walmart could be healthy if the skin was removed. If not, what would be an easy substitute?

Pre-made chicken? What's in it?
Probley not, check the label.
For lean protien, you want a low fat percentage and no carbs.

Thank you for the quick response.
Also, the contents in fact, were not healthy.
I think I will grill some chicken myself and keep it in the fridge for quick access.

Skinless Chicken would be your best option. The skin contains Fat, so always buy Skinless.
