can you describe where the pain is and the type...ie sharp...shooting..pins and needles..dull..throbbing...constant.
is it worse with movement and if so what ..flexion, extension, rotation.
and how does the application of ice and/or heat effect it?
No I dont really do any wrist exercises at all. It hurts the worst when I bend hand backwards. Its getting better know though but am I doing something wrong thats causing this?
