These are very dangerous habits that you are forming, please be aware of that and try to find a way to drop all the crap you are consuming.

I have a hard time to believe any adult would be AGAINST good nutrition, considering the information available. I haven't suggested anything outside the basic food groups, this is stuff taught to primary school kids.

If you are just making excuses, you are hurting no one but yourself.
mom has a eating disorder I think I mean no disrespect in the most sincere way. she gets mad at me if i eat what seems to be normal

None taken.
If you think she has a problem with food, maybe you can get the support of another adult close to your family.
point is, you may not be able to help your mom, but you can try to help yourself.
good luck

dang ... I live at parent's home, I pay food exept for skimmed milk and i almost never eat at the same moment and never the same things as familly ... parents accept it but dosen't want to change their own habbits ... And I,ve never asked them to change them either !

I understand some parents may not beleve or either understand why are "we" eating like this, you know every 3 hours with specific meals ... pretty weird for a majority of peoples ... So with 25 hours/week of McDonald's Work i can pay own food ... If your mom really dosen't agree at all and think it's better to stick to the conventional 3 big meals with not a lot of protein & nutriment a day ... Do as Diana said, find another adult that have some knowledge about nutrition to talk with your mom ...
