lower stomach
I know you can't spot reduce but i have a spot around lower abs/stomach that just seems like a pouch of fat. I want it to go inward not outward. and Im already pretty skinny and active >.> and im not looking to bulk up im looking to lose fat in the stomach if its possible
Your not eating any protein, all the kix is going straight to your tummy! Carb hell here, you need a major clean-up! What is that, about 800 cals, with only trace complex, no fat and no protien.
First 3 meals: protein + COMPLEX carbs (no sugary ceriel, throw it in the trash)
Last 3 meals: protien + healthy fats (free carbs, dark leafy green veggies, are OK)
I have no idea what your maintenance level is or what your goals are, but the only thing I see good in there are the beans and maybe the soup, depending on sodium levels.
Give us an idea of what you are trying to accomplish, age, height, weight and activity level.

Edit: can you set me up a healthy diet to achieve goals?
At your age, the main concern with diet is to eat enough healthy food to fuel your body for a day at school and those activities. You are growing still and should have excellent functioning insulin receptors.
Breakfast: the most important meal of the day, no lie. The Kix crap is going to give you an initial rush, followed by a big let down, and increased hunger by the time you eat another bowl of it at noon, then the cycle of up and down starts all over again, since you are chowing down on another bowl at noon.
In the morning, have a bowl of oatmeal (not the instant kind, same sugar as the Kix) with a little brown sugar and milk, if you like. Or some eggs and whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter. Yogurt is also a good source of protein, just be careful it doesn't have too much added sugars. Just try to eat some protien here, whether it's from a dairy or egg source or a nut butter. Add some fruit and head off to school. Pig out at breakfast on whole foods, and mornings in the classroom will be much more comfortable.
Mid morning, refuel on a snack of cheese, small fruit serving, cut up veggies with lo fat dip/dressing.
Lunch should be something like a whole wheat or rye sandwich made with a lean meat. Stay away from over processed lunch meats. Or take left overs from last nights dinner, but get some meat in here. Veggies, salads made with tuna or chicken with an olive oil based dressing, small fruit, cheese are all ok. Snack size low fat puddings or a few oatmeal cookies also OK.
After activities, have your kix, 1 bowl if you must. Check the Diet & Nutrition thread at signature page for home made protein bars, this would be a good option here to keep up the protein neede for muscle growth. Be sure to stay hydrated throughout the day with water. ONE diet coke a day, friend. Water it down if you must to get over your withdrawl.
Eat a balanced dinner, meat, veggies some rice or potatoe. Stay away from high salt and over fatted gravies. Get at least 2 veggies here, raw or cooked. The smallest portion should be the starchy carbs, i.e. rice white potatoe. Try sweet potato for something different.
Evening snack can be some nuts, natural trail mix, popcorn occasionally, yogurt, guacomole. Nothing to heavy, and don't go to bed hungry, ever. If you are hungry after 10 p.m., you didn't eat enough during the day.
It is crucial that you eat enough during the day to facilitate growth and developement. The key is planning ahead, make your lunch each night and plan what you will eat the next day. Don't worry about calories, rather consider where you get your energy from. Stay away from processed foods, white bread, and sugery drinks. Aim for a source of protein at each meal.
Speak with your mom, changing dietary habits is a family commitment. Go shopping with her to pick out the foods you like. Sometimes when you have a kid who doesn't eat anything, you give up and let them eat anything. It's a struggle to keep pre-teen on track, but she can't do it without help. That's what moms are for, I'm sure she will be more than happy to see you eating well and taking an interest in nutrition.
In other words, cut the crap, and replace it with wholesome food that your body can actually use. Paired with regular activity, that should help to lean out your abs, but more importantly, will fuel your body with good nutrients so you can funcion well and grow as nature intended 15 year olds to.

why would I need to reduce diet coke intake so much and I feel like that is alot of food your perscribing.
EDIT: also why would protein make lower stomach skinnier. I don't know why just not eating a low calorie diet and exercising can't do that. I just want to get rid of this stubborn lower stomach.

B'coz not consuming enough food during the day causes your body to hold onto the fat stores it has. Not eating enough, when done regularly over the years, will cause metabolic imbalances. If you want your body to grow, you need to feed it. Right now the food you are eating is causing your body and brain to slow down. You are not in need of a low calorie diet by any means.
BTW, that's not a lot of food for your age, weight and activity level. It's not even a lot of food for age (40) height and activity level, if you are looking at caloric totals!!
Just try it, your gonna have better performance in school and playing ball. If you want to add a resistance program, go for it.
Diet coke is not going to help you flush out fat stores, and the carbonation may cause cravings for sugery foods. Use it in moderation. You are beating the shit out of your adrenal glands with all that caffiene.
Suck it up man, fact is you gotta eat.

hey quickness you seem a little hesitant here...
what diane has prescribed above is exactly what you need to do...protein builds muscle and muscle burns fat, simple as that...
the body is a survival mechanism...if you restrict food it will store fat as a means of surviving a "famine"...if you deprtive it water than it will store water (which looks like fat) to stay hydrated in times of "drought" etc...
take the advaice above...you asked for it now you need to do it mate

I asked mom she is completely against the idea and thinks what everyone says on here is a bunch of bull =\. although it really sounds like you guys know what your talking about and mom has had eating troubles such as not eating enough for a while now. so I can't drop the cereal and pick up some of the stuff you told me too =\.
Are you seriously telling me your mom is against you eating well?
These are very dangerous habits that you are forming, please be aware of that and try to find a way to drop all the crap you are consuming.
I have a hard time to believe any adult would be AGAINST good nutrition, considering the information available. I haven't suggested anything outside the basic food groups, this is stuff taught to primary school kids.
If you are just making excuses, you are hurting no one but yourself.

Not to be rude, but we probably know more than your Mum.
We generally only advise what we think is best, and what we are 100%, or pretty confident about.
It sounds like a classic case of, "if I don't understand it, it must be wrong".
Plus a load of bull as a response, with no description, is hardly a reason to doubt the advice. I'd want a good reason why someone was critiquing advise here, before I'd accept their critique as valid.
Someone can't just say, I think people on a site talk bull, there's no validity in such comments, without anything to back them up.
Follow any advise given, and you should be fine. I trust what was told to you, not because I read it all, as I haven't taken time to read all this thread, (it's late), but I trust it just by the posters name on it, and a qualified person also cited it as good, so you've no reason to distrust it.
Sure family loyalties are going to come into this, but if we as adults dispense unsafe advice, our Necks are on the line, and I take great care, particularly regarding physical or supplementation advise, to make sure I am comfortable with anything I say, and if I'm not I won't say it.
I'd rather have someone get no advise, than possibly hazardous advice.
I occasionally make one or two mistakes which is human, but it's usually been diet related, and I don't make a habit of it, and where I'm not 100% certain on something, but feel confident enough to say something, I'll make it obvious in wording.
You have to make this judgement yourself. We can't force you to do anything we say or reccomend, you have to disseminate, between what you think is good advice from your Mum, or from us, regards your future, but right now comments like "we talk bull", are unproductive and don't help you, unless they're clarified.
I've put forward reasoned logic for what we as individuals do here, so unless you get any from the other side of the fence, there can only be one reasonable outcome regards this site, which is trust us, if you want help and results.
