Genetics...

Post by JCSIMMONS »

Good day all. I work out 4-6 days per week. I just turned 30 and for years I have been limiting workouts for one main reason...rapid growth of lean body mass! I know it sounds crazy and your asking "how is that a problem". question is how the hell am I getting bigger when I follow a good diet (90% clean) and I barely go heavy with the weights? I mean I swam for about 2 weeks and I'll be damned if I didn't gain almost 5 pounds! Heres new regiment; 3 triple sets (light - med weights) followed by 22-24 minutes of cardio. I repeat the cycle 3 times. The results have been almost 10 pounds gained in a month. Its not fat cause I look good and all clothes still fit. I'm 5' 5" and now I weigh about 188. I take in about 1800 calories per day on the average and the only supplement I take is a whey protien powder once per day after workout. I don't wanna look like a freak! Is this normal or could this be a genetic problem? Also, what could happen if I went all out with the weights or didn't use them at all? Thanks :?

I've been training for some years. Not that I don't wanna build muscle, I just would like an explaination for the large amounts of mass with very little effort...even from running / swimming.

You must have a Pituitary Gland the size of a Tennis Ball.

I'd bet you produce so much GH, your stools are 60%+ GH content

To me it sounds totally impossible...even people who are cutting eat more than 1800 calories each day...And you have gained as well as maintained 10 pounds of muscle through it all? If you do follow such a regime it doesn't sound too healthy to me, because with 1800 calories you can't possible be getting your daily intake of vitamins through the food.
