Hi guys,
I am planning on taking Hotrox , a fat burner supplement.
Any suggestions, advice?

Just remember, because everyone at MWA takes it, doesn't mean it works. Biotest owns that website. Why do you want to takes thermos anyway? You don't need to in order to drop fat. Your still gonna have to do the same things: diet, exercise and diet. A thermo may give some results, but at the price you pay, you'd be better off to train a bit harder, and a bit smarter.
