I know that if i do HIIT (high intensity interval training) i can burn fat at an amazing rate, but how much weight should i be losing a week..? i do HIIT in the afternoon around 4 pm simply because the gym i go to does not open early enough, so is this fine?
it doesn't really matter when you do exercise as basically it's cals in vs cals out though many do go for the fasted morn stuff which is good for losing muscle also
