I'm new here and very new to the whole weightloss thing... but not so new as to say I've never tried. Problems I have are finding motivation and information I need.
As far as exercise and food goes I'm totally lost.
Any tips for a health newbie?

have a little looksey arouind here and find some posts that may help you then peice together a few things that you think you'll be able to do than post what you've come up with and then we can make any changes that we feel neccesary...that's the wuickest way to do it...just look for threads that have a title similar to what you're looking for
