Depends on who you want to train? How much experience do you already have in the industry? Are you working for a club or yourself?
I recommend a generally accepted cert like ACE...although I find others higher on the scale.

i want the best people talk really bad about IFPA
it is obsolete and it is not recognized

Why do you want people to slag off that organisation. If you don't believe they did enough to help you, why have people come on here and trash them?
It would be easier to give your objective opinion, and do that, rather then just use this board as a place to bash some organisation, wouldn't it?
