i was just wondering if creatine is good for you body?!? like if you want to get big!! and is it good to mix protien and creatine together? please post some comments so i could understand this more hahaha thanks

NO SUPPLEMENT WORKS UNLESS YOUR TRAINING AND CLORIES INTAKE IS PERFECT

sorry about the capitals but if you're only a newbie to the game you can make better gains simply abising by a proper training and food plan...i've trained for 10 years and never used it as consistency with both are there

there are no quick fixes here mate

thanks for the info well i've been working out for a year and a half! and i do have a proper training plan and i do eat right. all i'm asking is if it's good for you!!

Creatine causes side effects, if you overuse it, or drink too little Water.

It's had a lot of things leveed at it in its time.

Fact is unless you do both the aforementioned things, have a Kidney problem, or some underlying undetected problem, you have virtually no problems with Creatine at all.

18mths is still classed as a late beginner / early intermediate and i bet your eating could be 50% better...why don;t you post a sample food log so we can have a look and a training one too.....
