Full Body workouts
Hey i have never tried doing full body workouts. I currently do split workouts and i dont see much results. I had read on other websites that sometimes full body workouts can be more helpful because instead of working your bisceps once and then waiting for 5 days to workout that biscep again. you can just do a full body workout 3 times a week and this way you will work out all parts of your body at least 3 times a week. What do You guys suggest??? is it better to do split workouts or full body workouts?
i'm a big full body man
just don't try and train EVERY muscle each session as mnay try to do...the point of full body workouts is to use compund exercises only to train a lot of muscles at one time instead using 1 exercise for each muscle which would take too much time
The Waterbury Method is a great full body beginner type program so you should check it out

Full body is great! People often make the mistake of making their full body workouts too long. 1/2 hour to 45 minutes is plenty. Your exercises should be primarily compound movements, which means you don't have to do many isolation movements. For example, if you do bench press and them overhead dumbbell press you have worked your triceps in both exercises. So really you don't need a tricep isolation exercise.
