we need more than that...periodise for what? where are you now with your training, season experience etc...disclose all

I have asthma and am looking to slow down or eliminate the bodies adaptation to a training program. No competion or anything like that.
justt lifting.

what has adaption got to do with asthma???
what wts have you done before program wise, exercises etc
