One sided

Post by gozza »

Hey I'm new to the forum, and wondered if you guys could help me out.

I have been training for around 2 years now, I do mainly 1-2 hour full body work outs, and try for around 3 times a week, sometimes more.

About a year ago I dislocated collarbone, as it was misdiagnosed, however it has healed, but still gives me problems as it is still dislocated.

I seem to be very one sided at the moment, and cannot get out of it. back muscles, shoulder and Biceps are the main problem areas, however abs are suffering as well now. Is the collarbone the source of the problem, and if so is there any way of re-righting it. I usually try to train the left bicep more to increase size, but to no effect.

Do you mean that one side is stronger or is bigger?

Make sure your workouts aren't too llong. Full body can very effectively be done in 45 minutes or less.

you've probably got some shut down stabilisers still from shoulder injury (cuffs, low traps, serratus etc) which will shut down the prime movers around it (delts, tri's, bi's) so you need to get onto these before anything...also some deep tissue massage is required
