I started to run alot because i wanted to get rid of this fat. Does running burn ALL your body fat including (man boobs) etc...
Is it okay to run 3 hours a day to get quick results? Thank you~

There isn't any reason to run 3 hours unless you are training for a marathon or other endurance event. Running is fantastic cardio and yes it does burn fat fromt he entire body. Running for that long CAN be done without burning muscle if nutrition is right. I am a long distance runner and I can typically run for hours without losing muscle mass.
I do think you should keep running, just not for a s long. Don't run for more than an hour at a time, unless you decide to train for an event. Sprints can be helpful, but I think it's important to do longer slower cardio as well for the most all around cardiorespritory imrpovements. Weight training and focusing on a good clean diet is important too.
