waist belt

Post by TEKYLLA13 »

anyone use any of the waist belts to sweat more in the tummy area? i heard they are good for excess bloating or water weight. i'm thinking of getting one to use when running. I have a lot of extra tummy fat from pregnancy.

Simple fact. Unless a belt is for fashion, or maybe a Cummerbund for the overweight, they almsot certainly won't do what you want. Exercise belts of any kind designed to provide an end result, are pish.

Note weight liftgn belts aren't included, as they don't provide end results, and in most cases, can hinder or reverse some results.
