losing weight first and then weights?
question is, should you try to get to the weight you want by doing cardio only and then once you are there add the weight training. Would you be less bulky that way?
No do Weights as well. A lot of people who do Cardio for weight loss only, go to excess often, and achieve much less, because some time years ago, a Myth that Cardio is the key to Fat loss, and Weights will only bulk you, was clearly proliferated.
Cardio can help, but Weights are key as well, and diet. Those are the 3 main cornerstones of any weight loss regime, and must be observed correctly, or maximised results cannot occur.
