Looking for new routines

Post by queball »

If anyone has any workout routines or websites of workout programs that they don't mind sharing with me, I would like that very much. I'm always curious to see what others are doing and how they are doing things to change routine around.

Well I'm not going to be too specific, but due to a change in circumstances, just over a couple of years ago, I had to switch gyms, and because it's a lot further to the other one, I now train twice a week en situ, with a weights kit I had for years, so usually when I do that, I train muscles that require a very small range of motion, and / or not much equipment,

So when I'm at the Gym I train Legs, Chest and Back 2x a week

The other times I train away from the gym, I mostly do things like Calves, Shoulder, Traps, Biceps and Triceps, as they require very compact ranges of motion, and only a bar or Dumbbells, not a lot of space, or cables, benches etc etc I don't have.

That's it basically. It's a different chage of tack, having a workout for big muscles, and a workout for small.

Thanks Boss Man and swanso for responding with your workouts. I'm just always trying to find new routines to try out and do. Keeps the body guessing.
And swanso, that T-nation website is a good site. I got a lot of good info. on that.
