Does anyone else ever crave cake, or something with some sugar in it!!! It's been about 2 weeks for me and i really want some sugar
...Any ideas how to make these cravings go away??

Yes, eat some!
Pick one day a week to have a treat. I don't mean to eat cake all day or stuff yourself with frosted flakes. If you are on a serious quest to lose weight and keep it off, then you are starting a new lifestyle. You cannot always be deprived of treats. Just be sure to set clear boundaries. Don't buy a whole cake, get a piece from the bakery and enjoy it.
ONCE A WEEK.
If you have serious cravings for sugar, blend up a smoothie with fruit. Have it at night as a dessert. Banana, chocolate whey protien and some natural peanut butter (1 tbsp) is sweet and gives you some healthy fats and protien which makes it a good after 6 p.m. choice.
