Well first of all hey all and thank you ahead of time for your help. I have been recently noticing the tummy fat starting to form and I want to get rid of it a s a p!
I am 6'3 / 6'4 and 175lb. While I am in no means "fat" i am DEFF not tone and I want to this. I am hearing that Cardio is the way to go to get that slim toned look so I figured this would be the best place to start!
Anyone have any tips for me on where to begin? I am a total noobie here...
Also take into account that I work a rather labor intensive job (UPS) so I am on the move for the 5ish hours I am at work everynight.

Well if it's just Stomach Fat, it sounds like Abdominal Fat gains caused by Cortisol increases.
In which case you will find it very difficult to spot reduce, so you might have to try and find ways to destress a bit, or take Cortisol blockers, or perhaps something like Kalms, if you can get something along those lines.
