Hey... i am 16 and i am on a full workout program. main question is regarding muscle soreness. Sometimes muscles are sore right after i work out. They would be sore for like 10-15 and then right after that they would go back to normal. But sometimes when i work out muscles woudnt be sore at all right after i work out but the next morning when i wake up they are exteremely sore. SO which kind of soreness is good
Is it better to be sore right after you workout or later on say like the next morning.
I feel like its better if they are sore the next morning beacuse thats when i feel like muscles grow. When they are sore right after the workout they are not sore for long, so what does that mean???
I am really confused Plz Help ME!!!!

Don't confuse soreness, with a good workout.
Some people can get DOMS after training hard, some don't.
So soreness doesn't have to occur to have trained hard, or optimally. I say this incase in the future it doesn't happen. It could happen regularly or perhaps less, if the soreness is something your body gets used to.
