I never see anyone saying anything about drinking milk( or i missed the post) is this not good?...Thanks

Milk is a good source of Calcium and Vitamin D.
People will berate Milk for things like Lactose Sugar, possibly converting to Fat in the liver, Glycemic impact of Carbs etc etc, but Milk is good for you, and a source of complete Proteins.

I have milk on cereal. I don't think it's horrible. A lot of people have trouble digesting it, but if you don't then there isn't a problem.
The average american consumes more dairy than they need and not enough of other food groups, such as fruits, veggies, legumes. Just a side note.
