I work out around 7 in the morning, how long after should i eat something or should i eat before? Thanks

I would recommend eating prior to working out, especially in the morning. After 6+ hours of sleep and no food, you are not properly fueled for the amount of energy you are about to exert. Even if it is a protein bar, it is important.
Yes, eat before. Your workout will be of much higher quality. Eat within an hour after. Your body needs the calories to start the recovery process, and it's important to get some calories in within the first hour. These meals don't have to be very big, but should contain some carb and protein.
