Maximuscle Past Experiance? & "Scoop" Question

Well Im 14, and just bought a big tub of Maximuscle Promax Protein Powder. I go to gym 3-4 times a week.

First question, would be a general review of it from someone? Ive tried it a few times today, in water, it tastes alright, but its hard to mix well "with a fork" like it says on the tub.

Second question is it says on the tub "Take 1 scoop (30g)...". Whats a scoop? A tablespoon/teaspoon? Also, I measured that out, and thats like 2.5 tablespoons, and it says mix with 200ml of water.

Measured with weight (170lbs (muscle&fat)) and going across the muscle column, I should be taking 3-4 "scoops" a day.

No experience, but by scoop, they mean the scoop in the tub.

Mosty Protein Powders, have a scoop taped to the lid. If not it often is in the powder, you just have to get in there, and fish it out by hand, or tip the contents of the powder into a big bowl, see if one drops out, then carefully tip the powder back into the tub.

Some powders do mix a bit hard, so I'd personally add more water, and se if mixing it with a fork, become easier.

Yeah, they usually provide a scoop inside the tub. If you're having trouble mixing it with a fork or spoon, trying buying those cups where it comes with a lid so you can shake it, kind of like those margarita shakers. And as for the amount of liquid, I just add enough so that it tastes good, I don't really attention to the exact amount.

Yeah lol I found out the other day. At first I thought It was a large lump of powder, then I thought there was some alien body that was a fault of manufacturing, then I pulled it out and it was scooper . Thanks guys. Yeah Im just trying to find a bottle that will have a big enough lid, they did sell the shakers but I assumed they were just merchandising.

just use cold water when u mix it it works much better and it tastes better.
