i was just wondering if workin out everyday is a bad thing?! ahha i know it's a stupid question but i just want to know the answer haah.

yes it is.
try 4-5 days instead.

Bang on the money. 5 days is the max you need. Everyday training is overkill.

that used to be problem i used to work out as much as i could but now i only do 5 days a week max and im seeing much better results.
