I'd also have a scrambled Egg, to top up your Protein, which ever option you use.)
lunch time .. i eat 90 calories K bar or wheat thins (You need a more substantial lunch, this is too low. I would try something like Low Fat Cheese, which is a good source of Carbs, Protein, and Fats with the K Bar.)

(So you're just a Vegetarian that eats Fish as well, so just eat stuff that's okay like Fish, Soybeans / other Beans, Tofu, (Soybean Curd), Tempeh, Peas, and just add something like an extra Carbohydrate source to this meal, like some Baked Potato, or Broccoli as examples with the Fish.
In the case of Peas / Beans etc etc which have some Carbs and Protein, anyway, just have a goodly amount, and perhaps add something like a large Grilled Tomato in there ot boost Carbs.)
around 7-9 i get hungry so i snack off (Don't snack aimlessly. Have something like a Yoghurt at least, peferably ones that are pro or prebiotic. and I'd stop going to bed at 12, but stick to an 11PM time, as you're sleep is not adequate enough.
Also I'd drink a glass of water after every meal, to make sure you drink extra water so you increase chances to metabolise Fat, or cut Fat down.
Part of your problem is the low calories, like 90 cals for lumch, hence why you're not losdign weight, as your body is potentially using muscle for energy, not nutrients from food, and if it then gets used to muscle, it may get less used to nutrients from your food, and potentially believe some of them to be excess calories, and convert some to Fat.)

Don't take this the wrong way, but, if you don't lose weight, your clothes will be too tight and you'll be taking a chance at early death or at least a poorer quality of life. You first have to decide if you really, really want to lose the weight, put that thought in the front of your mind and keep it there. Don't excuse yourself because dieting is 'too hard'. Being confined to a hospital bed is harder. Stopping on stairs to catch your breath is harder. Staying home because your friends are out having fun and you're not is harder. You get the picture.aangelacho wrote:o yeah also can you make a helpful statement that can keep me motivated and not give up on exercising and eating healthy??
I'm not just spouting off, I am still working on reclaiming health after suffering a stroke six years ago when I weighed 420lbs. I was fortunate to be given a second chance and through hard work and discipline I've lost 160 lbs. with still a distance to go. I was there. I still am, in a way. Although I am much smaller now I still see myself as I was back then. I thought nothing and no one could help me make the progress that I have made thus far. It is inside each of us if we reach down inside. stroke came the week before the attacks on New York and Washington DC on 9/11. I was in the hospital room watching as the plane hit the second tower. A chaplain stopped by to answer a request I had made about when I was to be released, and I asked him why I was spared after living a wicked life, full of all the bad habits of generation, and those people , who kissed their families good bye that September morning, were taken. He answered that I must still have some work to do. Must be right. PM me if I can help you (or anyone else, for that matter) I'm no miracle worker. There are no magic pills. There is no magic except that magic in your spirit.
What I know I researched, heard about from others, experienced etc etc, and some of it is just common sense.aangelacho wrote: how are you so motivated and know so much information...?
how can i be motivated and have a lifestyle change like you?
I didn't change lifestyle truth be known that much.
I was a regular guy, no serious health or weight problems, just usual medical ailments from time to time, didn't each much fatty food, not much sugar, don't drink Tea, Coffee, or Alcohol, and never used anything you could call unleathy and addictive.
I just decided that after telling someone once, this gave me the right to not exercise, I realised it doesn't, and the more you do, (within reason), the better things are.
One thing you'll realise is, there's people who live like crap, and you see them at 80+, walking round looking thin, stiff, and coughing, or as if they can't talk much for losing their breath, and you'll have people 50,60+ years younger living the same, and telling you enjoy life, you could be hit by a bus tomorrow.
It's easy to think if some scabby looking old fella, (scabby because he never took much care of himself), can live beyond the national average for death rates, everyone can. I mean people can potentially live to 110+ these days, and most of them lived for a long time in smokey polluted cities / towns, eating and drinking rubbish, mostly through poor government regulations on health and safety, and some medical ignorance, mostly due to lack of understanding / modern science.
But when you scratch beneath the surface, you hear of people in their 30's / 40's ingesting Nicotine and Tar for 20+ years, and having part or a whole lung removed.
You hear of people on Kidney Dialysis, because they took that one in however many E's, that was cut badly whilst their friends take E every weekend for years, and nothing much happens.
Some people choose to ignore the evidence around, and it's not conspiracies, it's real hard medical fact, but it's like kids today don't respect that, or think if rough drawl pensioners can survive on lifestyles, that should have done for them 30,40 years earlier, then so can they.
I mean a lot of teenagers today experimenting with stuff and getting hooked, think they're bulletproof, this stuff never happens to them right?
You never get a killer illness, you never get Heart attacks, you never get Blood clots and lose a Leg, other people might but why you? When will some people wake up and smell the Coffee? When it's them?
So you have to make the smart choice to do this, and do it right. You could get hit by a bus tomorrow, whilst some old rough sort lives on wrecking his insides day to day, that's lifes lottery, hard and not fair, especially when you know that old guy lives like that, and some kid out there who's 7,8,9 has Cancer and won't live to see 10.
Life's a bitch like that, you pay for evolution, with more crap in life than the Apes get.
Yeah people die from playing Squash, I bet that makes heavy Beer drinkers, feel vindicated right. Some healthy dude snuffs it, and they don't, kind of reassuring maybe for Mr Shabby Liver hay.
You just have to believe you won't be the victim of fate, you believe you aren't going to get old, sore, painful, walking bent over and slow, and if you make it too the magic 100, you will still be able to pee without help.
It's the optimisim, the thought of what good solid food and training can provide for you, when you're old. The chance to feel a little righteous over those who lived poorly and scoffed at you, and more importantly the results and achievement it can provide.
If you want to feel like you're potentially making your old age better, give this time. Look not just for short-term results, but long-term too. Take each day as it comes, and believe in what you're doing, and you can give yourself a great chance to better yourself physically.
You're worth that aren't you?
