Cardio when Injured

Post by nikban »

Hi guys,

Clumsy me cut myself quite badly while cutting some veggies. It only required 1 stitch. They told me to take it easy on the hands, so I know anything while holding weights is out.

Does anyone know whether doing a bit of cardio will be a problem (I should have asked, but didn't occur to me right away). It only happened today, and I wanted to go this afternoon just to maybe do some running/walking.

Also, for the next week or so, what are some excerises I can do? Would lunges/squats/ abs still be affective not using any weights, since I already used to using the weights? Any ideas for upper body?

Thanks!

Workout with no weights, and use something like an exercise Bike, to do Cardio on.
