If I do never eat red meat, if I take every of protein from veggie chicken turkey etc. Is it bad ? Or if I better introduce a certain amount of red meat in diet ?
Oh and while at it, is there something bad in drinking cofee ? Should i stop or it dosent matter ? Same quesiton for the green tea, I,m kinda addic to those
Caffeine causes Caffeine poisoning, although it generally only does that in large quantities like 10+ Cups a day.
I would if needs be cut it out completely, or go for the reccomended 3 cups max a day.
Red Meat contains a source of Iron, but as you get Iron from things like Cerela,s Spinach, Liver etc etc, thne it isn't essential to eat Red Meat, and some Red Meats can be a little fatty, although you can trim the Fat off the side, pre-or post cooking, and reduce the Fat content.
I personally wouldn't eat it all the time. I eat read meat sometimes, but it's not a regular thing. probably 2x a week most, sometimes 1 a fortnight.
Chris, as for the coffee, I tried to quit and it gave me a major headache within 2 hours of not having caffiene .
Boss is right 3 cups max. no white sugar (or use Splenda) and no cream. Coffee also causes bloating in some people (like me). I took it down to 2 small cups a day and that fixed the problem.
Coffee also apparently help to prevent memory loss and alzheimers (that's from what I've heard, I'm not a scientist).

Diana, you would get headaches, becasue Coffee causes withdrawal symptoms, if the body becomes dependant on the Caffeine.
I also read some time back, that Caffeine actually ages cells in the Bladder, (I'm pretty sure thgat's what I read), which to me indicates that Caffeine is potentially a precursor of Incontinence in older people.
So although I drink Diet coke, I've never exceeded 2 cans a day, and don't drink it every day either.
