Making a Diet That I Can stick with

Post by scott.archie »

Question is what kind of foods can I eat after 8pm that don't have any carbs and I can still learn to enjoy? This is a problem for me because I always want a PB&J sandwich late at night. I want to stick to a balanced diet that I won't feel guilty about. :?:

No Carb foods? Basically Chicken, Turkey, Egg Whites, Fish, and most Nut and Seed sources. They're the main ones.

Have one with Maltodextrin. As Maltodextrin can help replenish Muscle Glycogen after training.

It will be listed as Carbs as well.
