10 lbs in a month??
If I want to lose 10 lbs (lose fat, get toned) in a month how many calories should I consume? is 1300 too low? I'm afraid of consuming too many calories and instead gain weight. I run for 30 minutes on most days sometimes even an hour and do weights; usually doing legs one day and upper body the next. sometimes i will do both upper and lower body in one day and take the next day off and continue to alternate. Any suggestions of making 10 lbs in a month possible? I know 1-2 lbs a week is the best way to go to lose weight the healthy way. I think I have the working out part down and just need to work on diet which is difficult for me. As I know it's 80% diet and 20% exercise.
