Lean Muscle
If you could only take one supplement for gaining and maintaining lean muscle mass, what would it be (be specific)?

Theres no one supplement for gaining and maintaining lean muscle mass , the best way to gain pure mass and to maintain it is eating a variety of good food daily (chiken, fish, fruits, vegetables) and i recommend to you a weight gainer that contains bcaa's , creatine and multi vitamins, minerals) that helps for growth and recovry , good luck.

On a budget
Hi Mate,
Bodybuilder is absolutly correct. There is no single supplement that will boost your lean muscle mass alone.
If I was pressed to offer just one product I'd suggest Cyclone by Maximuscle (from experience). It is an all in one product but I'd still suggest increasing your dietry intake of protein (4g per lbs of body weight at least). So for me that was about 4 or 5 sainsburys chicken breasts per day.
You can get good deals on supplements if you shop around. The most expensive aren't always the best value to read the labels.
