Definitely agree, the weight was lost in a bad way, but you got a handle on it now, and have really begun to make good some well meant intentions, so yes I think you've got what it takes, to carry on doing it right, and get what you're after.
It's never easy whatever a persons start point or goals, but it doesn't have to be punishing, or emotionally and mentally painful, it can feel like an experience you deserve to go through, because you want to, not because you're trying to find some kind of redemption, and you don't deserve to enjoy the ride.
So keep working it, the way you now know how, and you'll be a.o.k fella.
